Your Loyalsnap Inbox is built to help you stay focused on the right conversations at the right time. You can filter messages by status and archive threads you’re done with so nothing slips through the cracks.
Filter Your Inbox by Message Type
You can use filters to organize and quickly navigate your client messages.
Available filters:

All – See every conversation that has a recent reply

Unread – Focus on messages you haven’t opened or responded to

Open – View all active threads (this is your default view)

Scheduled Texts – See texts scheduled to send later

Archived – View messages you’ve manually archived, or that were automatically archived (ex: Stop or Unsubscribe messages)
To filter your inbox:

Click the filter icon in the top right of your inbox

Select the view you want to switch to
Archive Completed Conversations
Archiving lets you clear out finished conversations from the queue without deleting them.
To archive a thread:

Hover over the conversation in your inbox

Click the archive icon on the right
To view archived threads:

Use the Archived filter from the dropdown menu
Need to bring a thread back into your inbox? Just reply or take action from the Archived view and it’ll automatically move back to Open.
Tip:
Use Unread when starting your day to knock out quick replies, and Archive threads once a lead has converted or a question is resolved.
