The schedule send feature allows you to write a transactional message and set it to be sent at a future date and time, rather than sending it right away. This gives you flexibility and control over when your messages go out.

Important Information
- The feature is available for manual transactional messages, including SMS and MMS.
- You can access the scheduling option from the inbox or client details page.
- Messages are scheduled based on your studio's local timezone.
- Receiving other texts or automations before the scheduled message is sent will not interrupt the scheduled message.
- If you schedule a message for a client whose conversation isn’t currently in your inbox, the conversation will appear only after the client replies.
- Messages can be scheduled for any time of day.
How to Schedule a Message
- From the client details page or inbox, type your message in the text field.
- Click the schedule send icon
- Choose a date and time in the future.
- Click schedule
How to Edit or Unschedule a Message
- Go to scheduled messages
- Click the scheduled tag
- In the edit window, you can (1) update the message content, (2) change the date and time, or (3) unschedule the message.
- Click update
- To return to the regular conversation view, click back.
How to Filter Scheduled Messages
- In the inbox, click the filter icon
- Select scheduled texts to only view conversations with scheduled messages. The preview will show the scheduled message content
- To return to the standard view, click back and change the filter to see all.
