To accommodate texting for Studios across the World, Loyalsnap also offers integrations with ClickSend and TextMagic!
If you are a studio utilizing either of these third party platforms for texting with Loyalsnap, you will be billed directly through that platform instead of through Loyalsnap. You will also have access to view and send messages through their sites as well, in addition to the Loyalsnap Portal.
ClickSend Integration
Loyalsnap integrates with your ClickSend account using your Username and API key:
- In your ClickSend account, click the Key icon in the top right corner
- Send your Username and API key to the Loyalsnap Support team to integrate

TextMagic Integration
Loyalsnap also integrates with your TextMagic account using your Username and API key:
- In your TextMagic account, go to the API settings page
- Click the Add new API key button.
- Enter Loyalsnap as the app name for this key
- Click Generate new key.
- You should now see your new API key
- Send your Username and API key to the Loyalsnap Support team to integrate

Cancelling Loyalsnap Texting
If you decide to part ways with Loyalsnap and are currently using ClickSend or TextMagic as a texting provider, you are responsible for cancelling your Account through their platforms to avoid charges in the future.
If you do not cancel, you may see recurring refill charges based on your ClickSend/TextMagic settings and must request cancellation and/or refunds through their support team directly.
