1. Create a New Response Template
- Navigate to the Settings Page.
- Click on the Response Templates tab.
- Choose the Text, Email, or Call tab based on your desired template type.
- Click Add [type] Template.
- Enter a template name and content.
- Click Create type template.
- To edit the template, click the pencil icon.
- To delete the template, click the trash icon. A confirmation modal will appear for deletion confirmation.
2. Apply a Response Template
- Navigate to a client’s detail page or the texting inbox.
- Click on the Response Templates icon on the text editor.
- Select the desired response template from the dropdown menu. You can also search for a template by name.
- The response template will be added to the text field. If existing text is present, the template will be appended to it.
