Loyalsnap now offers integration with WhatsApp, enabling you to communicate with clients through this popular messaging platform.
Loyalsnap's integration with WhatsApp provides you with a seamless, cost-effective, and scalable solution for engaging with clients worldwide. Connect to WhatsApp

Navigate to Settings.

Click the WhatsApp Business Account tab.

Click Connect to WhatsApp.
A new window will open prompting you to connect to your Meta/Facebook account. You must have Admin access to the Facebook Business Account.

Click Get Started.

Select your studio’s Business portfolio and click Next.

Choose a WhatsApp Business Account from the drop-down and click Next.

If you do not have a Business Account, click Create a new WhatsApp Business profile and enter a WhatsApp Business display name.

- Choose medical and health for the category

Click Get a free WhatsApp number and then Next.

Click Continue, then Finish.

You will then see that WhatsApp is connected to Loyalsnap and the status of the Display Name approval.
Send Messages
Once WhatsApp is connected to Loyalsnap and the Display Name is approved, you can begin using WhatsApp to communicate with clients.

Navigate to the Inbox or Client Details page.

Click on the WhatsApp tab.

If you are initiating a conversation, you can only send a pre-approved WhatsApp templates that you create directly in Meta Business Suite.

Click on the WhatsApp template Call to Action and select a pre-approved template to send.

Click Send Message.
Note: You cannot edit the pre-approved template or send free-form messages until the client responds.
Disconnect WhatsApp from Loyalsnap
To disconnect WhatsApp from Loyalsnap, you must do so through Meta Business Suite directly.

Navigate to Meta Business Suite.

Click on the Settings icon.

Click Integrations > Connected Apps.

Click Loyalsnap Messaging > Remove App.

Click Remove.

- Obtain Consent: Make sure you have explicit consent from clients to communicate via WhatsApp.
- Provide Opt-Out Options: Allow clients to opt out of WhatsApp communications easily.

WhatsApp is currently only available on Desktop.

A Business WhatsApp account is required.

The studio user needs Admin Permissions.

The business display name must be approved before you can start sending messages.

If the conversation is initiated by your studio, you can only send pre-approved templates that are created in Meta Business to the client. Once the client responds, you can send free-form messages for up to 24 hours.

If the conversation is initiated by the client, you have 24 hours to free-form respond to the client.

You are charged for WhatsApp directly through Meta.
