We understand that as Studio owners and fitness industry team members, you are constantly on the go with greeting clients, teaching classes and running your business! To make communicating with clients easier, Loyalsnap has created a Texting Inbox app for your mobile device to send and receive messages from anywhere. You can view and send texts as well as view important client details!
Go to the app store and search for Loyalsnap
Login using your Loyalsnap Portal credentials
Allow push notifications to receive updates directly to your phone when a new text comes through
If you have multiple Studios with your individual login, you can choose which Studio you’d like to view the Inbox for in the app’s Settings.
You’ll be able to send and receive texts just as you do in your Portal with the convenience of them appearing right on your phone!
Client Details (View Only)
To see a client’s details:
- When in the mobile app, click into a specific client’s conversation
- Click on the information icon next to the client’s name, and their client details will appear
Client Details Sections
The Loyalsnap App displays the client’s name, email, phone number and opt-in status’ (information icon next to phone number)
- Client List: Any static lists that the client appears on in the Loyalsnap Portal
- Current Dashboard Category: If the client is in a dashboard category, the category name will appear here
- Activity: The client’s activity - total visits, first visit date, last visit date, next visit date, the date of their most recent upcoming follow-up task (if there is no upcoming task, it will be their overdue task)
- Contracts: The client’s most recent contract name and status
- Active Package: The client’s active package
- Last Package: The client’s previous package
- Notes (View Only): Any notes available in the note section of the client’s details in Portal
