Texting Notifications

At Loyalsnap, we want to ensure that your team is able to stay on top of client communications easily and efficiently!

In this article we will cover a few ways to see and receive text notifications through both your Studio’s Portal and the Loyalsnap Inbox mobile app.

Portal Notifications

  1. Login to your Loyalsnap Portal

  2. On the left navigation you will see a red circle indicating how many unread messages are in your Inbox.

  3. Click on the notification to be brought to your Texting Inbox

    In the list of your messages on the left, all unread messages will display a red dot to allow your team to easily find the unread messages!

  4. When you click on the conversation to read your new message, it removes the notification and red dot indicator.

Sometimes you may accidentally click on a message that you need another team member to see. In this case, we provide you the ability to mark a text as Unread so that the rest of your team will still see it as a new notification once they log in!

Mark as Unread

  1. To mark as Unread, hover over the message in the list of messages on the left side of your Inbox
  2. Click the ellipsis (...) that appears
  3. Click Mark as unread

📱 Note: If you would like to receive email notifications when a new text comes in, please reach out to support@loyalsnap.com or use our contact form for assistance. Just let us know at which email address you would like to receive the notifications and we can take care of the rest!

 

Mobile App Notifications

Loyalsnap offers the ability to enable push notifications for both our iOS and Android Mobile Texting Inbox app!

  1. Go to the app store and search for Loyalsnap

  2. Download our Texting Inbox app Apple iOS Loyalsnap App Download Google Play Loyalsnap App Download

  3. Login using your Loyalsnap Portal credentials

  4. Allow push notifications to receive updates directly to your phone when a new text comes through

📱 Utilize Settings on your phone to enable/disable push notifications for the Loyalsnap app.

Now you will never miss a message from the client, especially while you are on the go at your Studio!
