This article explains how to see all the replies to a specific SMS blast in one place - directly from your Inbox or from the blast detail page.
What is the Blast Reply Filter?
When you send an SMS blast, some members will reply. Finding those replies in a busy inbox used to mean scrolling through all your conversations to find them one by one.
You can now filter your Inbox to show only the conversations where a member replied to a specific blast. This makes it easy to follow up, spot patterns in responses, and make sure no reply goes unanswered.
Two Ways to Filter by Blast Replies
Option 1: From the Blast Detail Page
- Go to SMS Blasts.
- Open the blast you want to review replies for.
- Click View Replies in Inbox (or a similar button on the blast detail page).
- Your Inbox will open, already filtered to show only conversations that replied to that blast.
Option 2: From the Inbox Directly
- Open your Inbox.
- Click the filter controls at the top of the conversation list.
- Select SMS Blast from the filter options.
- Choose the specific blast you want to filter by.
- The inbox will update to show only conversations with replies from that blast.
Use this filter right after a blast sends to catch early replies quickly. Members who respond within the first few hours are your highest-intent leads.
How to Clear the Filter
Click the X on the blast filter chip in the Inbox header. The filter clears and all your conversations come back.
Troubleshooting / FAQs
Q: I clicked "View Replies in Inbox" but the inbox shows all my conversations, not just blast replies.
A: Try a full page refresh after being redirected to the Inbox. The filter should apply automatically. If it doesn't, apply it manually using Option 2 above.
Q: The blast I want to filter by isn't showing in the list.
A: The filter shows blasts that have been sent from your account. If a blast was sent very recently it may take a moment to appear. If you're looking for an older blast and it's not in the list, reach out to your Loyalsnap rep.
Q: Some conversations are missing — I know this member replied to my blast.
A: The filter only shows conversations where the reply was matched to the blast in Loyalsnap's system. If a member replied to your blast from a different phone number than the one on file, the reply may not be linked. Contact Loyalsnap Support if you believe replies are being missed.
Q: Can I combine the blast reply filter with other inbox filters?
A: Yes. The blast reply filter works alongside your other inbox filters (e.g., unread, avaiting reply). Apply them in any order.
