You can now customize when your automations are sent so they align with your studio’s open hours. This ensures your members only receive texts and emails during times that make sense for your business.
Setup
Log in to Loyalsnap as a Studio User.
Go to Settings.
Click on Automation Settings.
Features
Select which hours automations will send.
Adjust default weekday hours to better fit your studio.
Limitations
Automations can only be sent between 9:00 AM and 7:30 PM in your respective time zone.
the default is set to 9:00 AM–7:30 PM.
You cannot block specific days at this time.
FAQ
Can I turn off automations completely during certain days?
Not yet. Currently, you can only adjust sending hours, not block days.
What happens if I don’t adjust my settings?
Automations will continue to send during the default window of 9:00 AM–7:30 PM, Monday through Sunday.
Will members scheduled outside of my selected window still receive messages?
Messages will be held and sent during the next available time within your selected window.
