Change an Automation Subject Line

Email subject lines are extremely important in ensuring that your emails are actually reaching your clients. Most email providers have automatic filters that will send emails to different folders upon receipt. To avoid ending up in the Spam or Promotions folders of your clients’ inboxes, be intentional with your email subject lines!

We make sure that you have full control over your Automations subject lines. We encourage you to experiment with different subject lines to increase those open and click rates for your emails!

1. Click on the Automation you would like to edit
2. In the Email Subject field, enter your preferred subject line for your email Automation
3. Click Save

✅ Pro tip: Use the merge field |FNAME| in your subject line to personalize your Automation to the recipient! This field will automatically pull in the client’s name to make your emails pop!
