We are excited to introduce the notes sync feature with ClubReady, enhancing your studio management experience. With this feature, you can seamlessly integrate your inbound and outbound SMS communication within ClubReady's environment, streamlining your client interactions. This article provides essential information and instructions on how to make the most of this feature.
How does it work?
1. Once activated, this feature instantly adds sent and received SMS through Loyalsnap as notes in the relevant client's ClubReady account.
2. In ClubReady, navigate to the client's profile and access the "Notes" section. Loyalsnap SMS notes are categorized under Fitness in ClubReady.
- Optional: Apply a filter to view notes of the type Fitness.
3. Easily discern whether the SMS was sent to or received from the client, and access the message's content along with sender information.
4. Staff members with accounts in both Loyalsnap and ClubReady, matched by email, will have their names associated with sent messages.
- Admin users from ClubReady are cross-referenced with Loyalsnap users via email. Syncing occurs every hour.

1. Navigate to the client's profile within ClubReady.
2. Click on the Notes section.
3. Optional: Apply a filter to display only notes of the type Fitness.
WorkIt
1. Access the client's profile within ClubReady.
2. Click on WorkIt.
3. Select the All Notes tab.

FAQ/Important Information
1. Availability: Currently, this feature is exclusively available to ClubReady studios.
2. Note Categories: All SMS, both transactional (Automations and manual texts) and marketing (SMS Blasts), will be added as notes.
3. Categorization: Loyalsnap SMS notes are categorized under Fitness in ClubReady.
5. Staff Identification: If a staff member has accounts in both ClubReady and Loyalsnap with the same email address, the note will indicate that the staff member sent the message.
6. Marketing SMS: All marketing and Automation SMS will display as being from Loyalsnap and not from a staff member.
7. Multiple Accounts: For multiple accounts sharing the same phone number, records will appear in both accounts, except for Automations. Automation notes will only be present in the corresponding account in ClubReady.
