Situations may arise with clients where they can no longer visit your studio, or they may no longer want to receive any contact, automated or manual, at all. In this case, Loyalsnap offers a solution for fully removing your client from receiving any communication and appearing on the Dashboard, but still being available for you to see via the search function.
Remove from Loyalsnap
Removing a client from Loyalsnap will stop them from receiving any automated and manual texts and emails, in addition to Email Blasts.
-
Navigate to the Client Details page of the client you would like to remove from Loyalsnap
-
Click the ellipsis (…) menu to the right of their name
-
From the drop down menu, select Remove client from Loyalsnap
You’ll see a pop-up prompting you to confirm that you’d like to remove your client from Loyalsnap.
4. Click Remove from Loyalsnap
Re-Add to Loyalsnap
If you remove a client, this can be undone and is not permanent! If an older client would like to come back to your studio, or start receiving communications again, you can add them back to Loyalsnap.
-
Navigate to the Client Details page of the client you would like to re-add to Loyalsnap
-
Click the ellipsis (…) menu to the right of their name
-
From the drop down menu, select Add client to Loyalsnap
You will be met with a similar prompt to confirm you’d like to add the client back into Loyalsnap. Once added, the client will begin receiving both automated and manual communications, including Email Blasts, and will appear on the Dashboard if they qualify for any Categories.
-
Click Add to Loyalsnap
✅ Pro-tip
