Delete Templates

There are a few different ways to delete old Templates to help organize your Automations and Email Blasts with new and updated content!

Delete Templates via Selection

1. Navigate to the Automations or Email Blasts Tab and toggle to Templates

2. Select the template(s) you are looking to delete

3. Click the Trash icon under the Template Search

   

4. Click Delete to delete the selected Templates

Delete Templates via Drop Down

1. Navigate to the Automations or Email Blasts Tab and toggle to Templates

2. To the right of the template you want to delete, click the drop down arrow

3. Click Delete

   

4. Click Delete to delete the selected Templates

❗ Important: Any deleted templates will be permanently removed and cannot be recovered. Please double check the name of the template you’d like to delete before permanently removing it from your Portal.
