Add a Preheader Email Text

Pre-header text is the description of your email that appears under the subject line in your client’s inbox! While adding this text is completely optional, many studios choose to use a pre-header text as a summary that may be too long for the subject line or as a way to include words like Discount or Promotion that may be best kept out of the subject line.

1. Navigate to the Automation or Email Blast template you would like to edit

2. Click on the Body tab in the panel on the right

   

3. Fill out the pre-header text in the panel on the right

   

4. Click Save Template

Now your email will include pre-header text under your subject line in your clients inbox!
