⭐️ Added client details page to mobile app
Previously, you were only able to use the app for texting, but you can now see Client Details on our mobile app! Check out this Help Article to learn all the details: Loyalsnap Inbox Mobile App
⭐️ Birthday automations
You are now able to set up Automations to send on your clients' birthdays! You have two options for these new Automations:
- Send on the day of a client's birthday
- Send on the first day of a client's birthday month

⭐️ We now sync ClubReady check-ins as visits (limited to select studios)
Previously, our ClubReady integration only created visits in our system by reading client bookings in ClubReady. ClubReady also has a check-in system, where clients can visit a studio without a booking and check-in with a scannable keycard. We have extended our ClubReady integration to support this new data source.
⭐️ SMS Blasts - Keywords & Auto-responses and Link Tracking
You can now include a keyword with your SMS Blast. Responses with the specified keyword will be tracked. Additionally, you can specify an auto-response that triggers when a client responds with the keyword!

⭐️ New Automations triggers: minutes-before and minutes-after first class
You can now choose to trigger Automations to send a number of minutes before, or a number of minutes after, a client's first class ever!
⭐️ Dynamic Client Lists (Beta)
Dynamic Client Lists allow you to create lists based on the conditions you choose. This new feature allows you to:
- Export CSVs based on conditions you choose (E.g., “All Clients, Registered Clients, Active Autopay Contracts, etc.“.) This can be useful for reporting!
- Generate up-to-date dynamic lists. These lists are dynamic because clients may fit conditions at certain times and not others.
- Create a variety of dynamic lists that can be easily searched.

✨ We now show client email in search results
Client search results now show the client’s email. This will help you distinguish between duplicate accounts or clients with the same name.
✨ Send MMS Without Text
We are now able to send transactional and blast MMS without including any text. Check out this article: Multimedia Messages (MMS) *Beta*

⭐️Tasks Notification Badge

You asked for it, and you got! When you log into your portal, you will see a red notification badge appear on the Tasks icon in the left navigation bar. This notification alerts you to any currently due, or overdue Tasks, so that your team can take action on your most important outreach.
The Tasks badge will reflect the number of tasks that are currently due and overdue. When the Tasks have all been completed, and there are none that are outstanding, the red badge will then disappear from view. This newest addition will help to keep your client outreach a top priority!
⭐️Consolidated Settings Tab
You now have the ability to manage all of your studio settings in one place! This will allow you to quickly and efficiently manage your studio's information while reducing the number of clicks you have to make.
Previously, in your portal you saw individual tabs for Settings, My Studio, Integrations and Users. You now will have one tab for Settings where you can update all of this information in one place. You will also find a new place to refer your colleagues to Loyalsnap!
⭐️Texting usage is now displayed as a dollar amount on invoices, rather than number of segments
Previously, the usage in the Account page for SMS/Texting was shown as the number of segments sent by your studio in the billing period. However, we have now implemented a direct translation of this usage into a monetary value. By representing the usage as a dollar amount, you can easily comprehend your current bill status and monitor your spending.
By providing you with a monetary value of your SMS/Texting usage, we aim to make your monthly pricing more predictable and easier to understand. With the ability to track your spending in real-time, you can proactively manage your usage and adjust your messaging activities to align with your budget.
⭐️Rich Text Editor added to Client Details Page

We have added a rich text editor to the Client Details Page, so it now matches the format of your script editor! You will now see:
- The ability to use "@" to bring up merge fields
- A segment counter for SMS

⭐️Infinite Scroll in the Texting Inbox
March 3, 2023
You can now view all of your client text message threads from the previous 30 days without a limit on how many threads can be displayed!
You may have recently seen an increase in your "unread message" count. With the increase in viewable messages, any messages from the previous 30 days (read or unread) will now be displayed in, not only the texting inbox, but included in the unread notification, as well (if applicable).
Note: If you are seeing unread message notifications, you will need to continue to scroll down in the inbox to view these messages. As you scroll back through your texting history and get to the bottom of your texting inbox, this infinite scroll feature will produce a "loading more conversations" message. That means your older conversations are available and loading!
You can continue to go back through these messages (up to 30 days in the past) until you no longer see this notification appear.
⭐️New Email Template Editor Blocks
You now have the ability to add videos (YouTube and Vimeo) and countdown timers to your email templates!
⭐️AI Assisted Smart Buttons in Template Editor 🪄
Our template editor now supports AI buttons, images, and headings! Just choose one of the AI assisted editor blocks and choose the tone of your content. The AI will make recommendations for you based on your choice!
⭐️Client Details Page Pop-Up 🍿
⭐️SMS Blast recipient list post-send
You can now view detailed recipient lists after an SMS Blast has been sent. All of the same information is available as is for email blasts, plus the client’s phone number!
“Toggle all” is now available for you to toggle on and off all automations in a given section at once!
⭐️Filter User History

You can now filter by actions completed and/or users who completed the actions!
- Navigate to the History tab in your Portal
- Click on the filter icon next to User Actions or Users
- Select the user action or user you’d like to filter for
Note: These actions will only be filtered in the Portal and will not be exported with the filters.
You can filter multiple users and actions at the same time!
⭐️Page Titles Now Shown in Browser Tab

We’ve added browser tab titles to a subset of pages. By doing this, you will be able to tell your open Portal browser tabs apart more easily! The pages listed below now have this feature:
- Sign-in page
- The Client Detail page
- The Inbox page
Since you can now quickly and easily see the pages you have up without going to those pages directly, this gives you a more polished user experience and will help you be more efficient!
⭐️Email Blast and Automation Templates Improvements

Now, your Automation and Email Blast templates are consolidated and viewable in one place! Whether you access your templates from the Email Blast page or the Automation page, you will see a full comprehensive list of all of your templates.
If you’ve ever accidentally created an Email Blast template in your Automations page, there is no more frustration behind having to recreate the template over again! Whether you create a template from your Email Blast page or your Automations page, it will be viewable, editable and ready to use for both types of email communications. You can use templates created in the Automations page for your Email Blasts and vice versa for a seamless experience!
There is no change to the way you can access and view all of your templates! You can see and create any type of Template from either your Automations or Email Blast pages.
