The Overview tab in your Reporting dashboard highlights key client activity and trends using a mix of Tiles and Charts. This article walks through what each section means and how to interpret the data.
📊 Note: For Mindbody studios, metrics look at all locations within the same MBO account. Ex. if 2 locations are using the same MBO ID they will both be accounted for in the Overview section.
Tiles
Tiles are snapshot metrics designed to give you a quick pulse on client behavior and studio health. Each tile includes a number based on the selected timeframe or current moment, along with a breakdown modal of client details.
New Clients
Shows all new clients added to Loyalsnap within the selected timeframe. Clients who were leads and then converted to full accounts will only appear once.
Packages Sold
Displays the number of clients who purchased a non-autopay package during the selected timeframe. These packages may be active or expired, but ClassPass purchases are excluded.
Active Autopays
Shows the current number of clients with an active autopay package or contract. This tile is based on the present moment—not a date range—so it always reflects your current active autopay holders.
At Risk Clients
Identifies clients who still have an active package or contract but haven’t attended a visit in over 14 days. Use this tile to follow up with clients who might be slipping away.
Recaptured Clients
Shows clients who are currently active again after taking a significant break—specifically, those whose latest package was purchased 30 or more days after their previous package. These are win-backs worth celebrating.
Charts
Charts in the Overview tab provide visual insights into client conversion and behavior over time. Each chart uses a step-by-step funnel to show how clients move through actions like booking, attending, or purchasing.
Visits Chart
Tracks how new clients progress through early engagement:
-
New Clients – All clients created in the selected timeframe.
-
Booked First Visit – Of those, the clients who scheduled a first visit.
-

-

Use this chart to evaluate your client experience and follow-up strategy.

-
New Clients – All clients created in the selected timeframe.
-
