When you have texting enabled with Loyalsnap as part of your subscription, our team will purchase a dedicated phone number for your studio’s messages. This will make it easier for your clients to save your texting phone line for quick communication!
When we set up your account, we also enable call forwarding to your Studio phone line. This means that if a client attempts to call your texting phone number, the call will be automatically redirected to the phone number we have on file for your account.
If you would like to change the phone number to which your calls are forwarded, please email your request to firstname.lastname@example.org and our team will let you know if it is possible. In some rare cases, the phone number can be changed.
