Loyalsnap Intelligence can send a message to a client automatically when they enter a Dashboard category — no one has to review and click send. In the product this control is labeled AI Auto-Send. This article explains what it does, how to turn it on for a category, and what to keep in mind.
What Auto-Send does
Your Dashboard sorts clients into categories based on rules you set (for example, clients who haven’t visited in 30 days). Normally, a category flags those clients so your team can follow up. With Auto-Send turned on for a category, Loyalsnap Intelligence composes and sends a message to a client automatically as soon as they land in that category.
- The message goes out on its own — no one has to open the inbox or press send.
- You choose which categories use Auto-Send. It’s off by default, and you can turn it on for one category without affecting the others.
- If a category has a delay set, Auto-Send follows that timing (see below).
Auto-Send doesn’t necessarily message every client who enters a category. Loyalsnap Intelligence skips a client when it wouldn’t make sense to send — for example, if your team already messaged them recently, if a similar automatic message went out to them recently, if the AI isn’t confident it can craft a good message, or if the client isn’t textable (no valid number or opted out).
Turn on Auto-Send for a category
- Open the Dashboard Category Manager from your Dashboard.
- Find the category in the list. Each category row has its own AI Auto-Send toggle.
- Turn the AI Auto-Send toggle on for that category. You can also open the category; under the Loyalsnap Intelligence section, turn on the Automatically send message toggle.
The category’s Enabled toggle still controls whether the category runs at all. Auto-Send only takes effect on categories that are enabled.
When the message sends
Inside a category you’ll see Days to delay. If it’s set to 0, the message sends immediately when a client enters the category. If it’s set to a number of days, Auto-Send waits that long before sending.
Where to see the sent message
Every message Loyalsnap Intelligence sends automatically is logged in the client’s History, just like a message you send yourself. Open the client’s profile, click the History tab, and you’ll see it as a sent text (shown as sent by “Loyalsnap Agent”) with the date and time it went out. This makes it easy to confirm what was sent and when, and to pick up the conversation if the client replies.
Good to know
- Because messages send on their own, review which categories have Auto-Send on before turning it on, and keep an eye on the inbox for client replies.
- Not every client who enters the category will get a message — see “What Auto-Send does” above for when it skips a client.
- Clients can reply as normal, and your team handles those replies in the inbox just like any other conversation.
- Turning the AI Auto-Send toggle off stops automatic sending for that category right away.
Frequently asked questions
Q: The AI Auto-Send toggle is greyed out. Why?
A: The feature isn’t enabled for your account yet. You’ll see the tooltip “AI auto-send isn’t enabled for your account yet.” Contact your Loyalsnap rep to turn it on.
Q: Does every client who enters the category get an auto-sent message?
A: Not always. Auto-Send skips a client if your team already messaged them recently, if a similar automatic message went out to them recently, if the AI isn’t confident it can craft a good message, or if the client isn’t textable or has opted out.
Q: Does Auto-Send replace my team’s replies?
A: No. It only sends when a client enters a category that has Auto-Send on. Your normal inbox and manual replies are unaffected.
Q: Can I use it on some categories but not others?
A: Yes. Auto-Send is set per category, so you can turn it on only where it makes sense.
Q: Where does the “Automatically send message” toggle live?
A: Open the category from the Dashboard Category Manager. Under the Loyalsnap Intelligence section you’ll find the Automatically send message toggle — the same setting as the AI Auto-Send column in the list.
