This article explains the Loyalsnap Intelligence summary that appears on client profiles: what it shows, where to find it, and how to get the most out of it.
What Is the Loyalsnap Intelligence Client History Summary?
When you open a client's profile and go to their history, you'll see a Loyalsnap Intelligence summary card at the top, before the full history list. It pulls together the most relevant patterns from that client's activity: their engagement history, purchase behavior, attendance trends, and any notable recent changes.
Instead of scrolling through weeks of history entries to get a feel for a client, you get the key points in a few sentences.
Where to Find It
- Open a client's profile from the Inbox, Dashboard, or Member Search.
- Click the History tab on the client profile.
- The summary card appears at the top of the history panel, above the full history list.
Troubleshooting / FAQs
Q: The summary looks outdated or doesn't match what I know about the client.
A: The summary is generated from the history data available when you load the page. If you've just logged a new visit or sent a message, give it a moment and refresh. It may not reflect very recent activity instantly.
Q: Can I edit or add to the summary?
A: The summary is generated by Loyalsnap Intelligence and is read-only. For your own notes, use the Notes section on the client profile, which you can write and update yourself.
Q: Is this summary visible to the client?
A: No. It's visible only to your studio's staff inside Loyalsnap. Members never see it.
