The Auto Comms (Automated Communications) tab in your Reporting page shows the texts and emails your automations have sent, so you can see what went out — and to whom — on a given date. (This tab was previously called "Activity.")
What the Auto Comms Tab Shows
At the top you'll see a graph of your automated messaging activity over time. Below it, the Recent Messages list shows each message sent. Use the filter (the three lines on the right) to show Text or Email only.
Message Details
Each message in the list breaks down into:
- Status: whether the message was Sent, Queued, or Unsubscribe/Error — shown as icons you can reference on the right.
- Type: an Email or Text.
- Date: when it was sent.
- Client: who received it.
- Email/Phone: the client's email address or phone number.
- Subject/Message: the subject line (for emails) or the start of the text (for texts).
- View: open the email template that was sent.
Troubleshooting / FAQs
Q: I can't find the "Activity" tab.
A: It's now called Auto Comms, under Reporting. Same place, new name.
Q: Does this include texts and emails my team sends manually?
A: No — Auto Comms covers automated messages only. For manual and team outreach (calls, one-off texts and emails), see Track Outreach & Team Performance with Staff Communications Reporting.
Q: How do I see only texts, or only emails?
A: Click the filter (three lines) on the right of the Recent Messages list and choose Text or Email.
Q: What do the statuses mean?
A: Sent = delivered to the client, Queued = waiting to send, Unsubscribe/Error = not delivered (the client opted out, or something went wrong).
