Loyalsnap sends your automated text messages only during hours you approve. By default we keep automated SMS within the window SMS regulations require — 9:00 AM to 7:30 PM in your studio's time zone — and you can narrow it per day if you'd like texts to start later or end earlier.
Where to Find It
- Go to Settings.
- Under Messaging, open Automated SMS Hours.
Set Your Hours
- Each day of the week has its own Start time and End time — set them independently (for example, a later start on weekends).
- Times must stay within 9:00 AM–7:30 PM; the fields won't accept anything outside that, since it's an SMS regulation.
- Use the copy icon next to a day to copy its hours to All weekdays or to a specific day, and the clear (X) icon to reset a day.
- Click Save.
Messages Outside the Window
If an automated text would go out outside a day's hours, it's held and sent at the next available time within your window.
FAQ
Does this affect emails?
No — it applies to automated text messages only. Email automations and blasts aren't governed by these hours.
Can I set different hours for each day?
Yes. Every weekday has its own start and end time.
Why can't I choose a time before 9:00 AM or after 7:30 PM?
That window is required by SMS regulations, so Loyalsnap keeps automated texts inside it.
What if I don't change anything?
Automated texts send within the default 9:00 AM–7:30 PM window every day.
