If you have access to more than one Loyalsnap studio, you can switch between them from a single login — no need to log out and back in. As long as your email is added as a User on each studio you want to access, you can jump between them.
There are two ways to switch studios:
Switch from the Header (Next to the Logo)
- In the top-left of the header, click the studio name shown next to the Loyalsnap logo.
- Pick the studio you want from the dropdown. The list shows every studio you have access to.
⚠️ Note: This header switcher shows on desktop. On smaller screens (like a phone) it’s hidden — use the User Menu method below to switch studios instead.
Switch from the User Menu
- Click your User Icon in the top-right corner of the Portal.
- Choose the studio you want from the dropdown menu.
⚠️ Note: To switch into a studio, your email must be added as a User on that studio’s Portal. If a studio isn’t in your list, ask that studio to add you as a user.
